Client
Client – A 30 years old Florida based company that makes security seals for the shipping industry.

Project
Website upgrade of American Seals (www.americanseals.com) to give it a professional 21st century look and feel and also design it to be searchable on Google, Bing etc.

Problems with the existing website
The website had a very basic 1995 look with lack of professional look and feel.  There was a lack of proper navigation and information was cluttered and not organized accurately. Overall, the site did not reflect that the company is in serious business.

What the clients expected in the new site
Client expressed a desire for a website that has a professional look, easy to manage/update and that could help them sell more from the website. They also wanted fast and secure hosting for the site and were unhappy with the previous hosting provider.

Website Upgrade
As per their requirements, Pat’s Marketing came up with a new, more professional looking website design. The information on the website was organized with a clear call to action. Separate pages were created for each product and an easily noticeable ‘Buy Now’ button was added to help the client increase the conversion rate of the website.

The website was also designed to be search engine friendly. The website was given an inbuilt content management system (Drupal) through which client can make changes to the site very easily without having to incur extra charges to make the updates.

Pat’s Marketing did help research some good hosting options for American Seals and helped them pick the best hosting option and setup the site on the hosting platform as well. They were impressed with the fast turnaround and can-do attitude. This is because Pat’s Marketing never said no to any needs, rather provided suggestions to make things better.

Results
The client was highly impressed with the website design we put together. They further asked us to revise existing banners and design 2-3 new banners for the website. They are further working with us for their search engine marketing. They have never worked with any search marketing company in the past because of lack of trust. That shows the trust Pat’s Marketing build up in a short time.
